Well, the holidays feel like they're in full swing around here! Last week was fairly busy and this week looks even busier. I'm trying to keep the meals simple and hearty.
Vince has informed me that we need to change our Wednesday night tostada tradition~he's tired of them even if the kids aren't. And frankly, so am I. So this week are having a *Baked Potato Bar*, which is a fancy way of saying baked potatoes with lots of toppings. The kids love baked potatoes!
I'm trying another one of those turkey recipes that I found last week. I figure one turkey recipe a week is enough. Last week's pot pies were very yummy! If you have leftover turkey, what are you making with it?
Here's what's cooking this week:
Monday: Turkey Tetrazinni
Tuesday: {our homeschool group's Moms Nite Out Christmas party} Vince has something fun planned with the kiddos
Wednesday: Baked Potato Bar
Thursday: Cheeseburger Meatloaf with Fried Potatoes
Friday: Tuna Melts
Saturday: Leftovers & Snacks

Your menu for the week looks very good. I would love your Tuna Melt. Thank you for sharing and you have a wonderful week.
Those tuna melts are a family fave! We usually grill them, but I figure they'll turn out just fine under the broiler:)
Thank you!
