Chinese Cabbage Salad


Chinese Cabbage Salad
2 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
1 sm. bag coleslaw mix
3-4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbls. toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg. instant Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
Dressing:
2 Tbls. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
3 Tbls. rice vinegar

Toss the chicken, coleslaw mix, onions, sesame seeds together. Crumble the dry Ramen noodles into the mix, then sprinkle the seasoning packet in, mixing well. Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over coleslaw mix and toss again. This will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
