Macaroni With Bolognese Sauce


Macaroni with Bolognese Sauce
(Kraft)
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 Tbls. cream cheese
12 oz. pasta, uncooked
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook onions in salad dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Increase heat to med-hi. Add meat; cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, until well blended. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. Spoon sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.

yum! I love Bolognese and I definitely do not make it often enough :)
