We are on our way home today from a week-long trip. It's been a great week, filled with fun with the kiddos, seeing old friends and meeting new ones. But I'm looking forward to getting home again. I've got lots on my agenda to do to finish preparing for our new school year.
I'm making this dinner menu plan from memory; we'll see how reliable that is on recalling what is in the freezer and pantry when I actually get home.
I know I've got some pork ribs in the freezer though and I am really looking forward to cooking them. However, I am rather inexperienced with ribs. I've made them a few times in our crockpot--sometimes they're great, sometimes not so much. I guess it's the meat??? I would love to hear your tips on cooking ribs though. Please share with me!
Tuesday: Ribs, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Baked Beans
Thursday: Grilled Tuna Melts w/salad
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Grilled Chicken with Grilled Veggies
