a little birdie tagged me

I've been tagged by Steviewren at A Little Birdie Told Me So to tell 6 unspectacular quirks about myself. Hmmm...I've been thinking about what to say.....these are random, folks!

  1. I always have to tear out any inserts in a magazine before I can relax and read it--they really bother me
  2. Even if I'm sweating I have to have some form of cover on when I'm in bed, it makes me feel *protected*.
  3. I drive my hubby crazy when I bounce, shake, tap (whatever you want to call it) my foot when I'm sitting.
  4. I refuse to skip to the back of a book and read the last page to find out how it ends
  5. I love to take notes: on a sermon, lesson, lecture...
  6. I love to address envelopes, especially the ones for my Christmas cards

OK, now that you're dazzled by that strange and boring list, you can read even more strange facts about me here and here. Or not. Feel free either way.

If you really like to read about people's quirks, head over to Kicking it in Crazyville today!

Oh my gosh Lora, we might be twins! Magazine inserts-hate them too, I'm still afraid there might be a monster under the bed that will get me if I'm not covered up, I consider shaking my foot exercise and I need all of that I can get, I wouldn't think of reading the end of the book first...that would ruin the rest, I take notes, doodle, write key words, I look forward to addressing envelopes! How did we get to be so similar...it might be a little freaky if you weren't so nice!

Those are great facts about you! I love that you have to tear out magazine inserts..I don't like those either! My hubby hates when I move or tap, also..it must be a guy thing!
-Great blog!

that is so funny! My hubby was relieved to hear that maybe I'm not so *strange*:)

Sandy toes,
maybe it is a guy thing about not liking the tapping of the foot--that helps me understand my hubby a little more:)

Lora...yes, my kids are in a Christian school (they were last year). I have not change my mind about homeschooling...there are so many benefits and wonderful attributes about it. However, in the season of life we are in right now...it would not work for now!
Have a great day!

On 1-4, I'm totally with you. (I also have to remove the dust jacket from hardcover books while I'm reading; I put them back on when I'm done.) The last 2 though... not so much. In fact, I HATE addressing envelopes. I do take notes at church, but that's about it...

Bless you. Have a spectacular weekend.
