This weekend has been so busy that I haven't had time to give much thought yet to our menus for this week. Although this week will have at least a couple of nights out (yea!).
We've been busy preparing for Valentine's day around here: getting the kiddo's Valentines and Valentine boxes ready for their party today, sneaking around getting our gifts ready for each other (so fun!), making yummy cupcakes, burning cupcakes....yes, it's been quite eventful!
I am really looking forward to a quiet, relaxing, much-needed night out with my hubby at one of our all-time favorite restaurants tonight.
Here's a rough sketch for this week's menu line-up:
Monday: Heart-shaped pizza for the kiddos & a date with my hubby for me
Tuesday: {field trip to Little Rock}
Wednesday: Tostadas
Thursday: Loaded BBQ Potato Casserole made with Overnight BBQ Beef (because we never got this made last week)
Friday: Fried Pork Chops with mashed potatoes and gravy
Saturday: Leftovers
