This is definitely my *go to* meal for when I am taking a meal to a family with a new baby or someone who's just gotten home from the hospital. It's easy, filling and delicious!
Spaghetti Pie
1 box Kraft spaghetti dinner
2 cans tomato sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded Cheddar
1 cup shredded Mozzarella
******
Prepare the sauce as directed on the box. (I like to use only 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained, for a chunkier sauce). Set sauce aside. Cook spaghetti noodles as directed on the box; drain and rinse with cool water. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the beaten eggs. In a small casserole dish (8x8 or so), layer 1/2 of noodles on bottom. Then top with half of the cheeses. Add the remaining noodles, then pour the sauce over the noodles. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 min. @ 350F.
**Sometimes I add browned ground beef to the sauce--it's really good that way, too!
**This freezes well and also doubles great to make a (9x13) dish.

Now just grab a loaf of garlic bread, a bag of salad, a simple dessert and you've got the perfect meal to take to that family who needs a break!
